I remember when this Red Robin was new. It was amazing. Fun and great food. They, um.... Went far downhill. After a long time, tried them again for lunch. Frankly the food was great. All of it. App, Burger and fries. Service was also good. Only quality issue was the bathroom. It was clean, but 1/2 broken. Like urinal has a trash bag wrapped around it. Toilet didn't flush properly. One sink was just running. Sinks not draining well. While YMMV, may be worth a shot.

I know this place has some bad reviews but me and fam actually had a pretty good experience. Food was fresh and taste really good. Service was great actually. Restaurant was decently clean for it being Red Robin. Don't really have a lot to complain about here.

The food was delicious as always but the hostesses personality was slightly off-putting. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was incredibly busy as she was the only waitress on staff. I felt so bad for her but her service was great. I'm not sure I'd be able to handle that pressure. Hats off to her because it isn't an easy job and wait staff go generally unappreciated....

My last few experiences at Red Robin in another city were nothing short of disaster. Poor service, cold food, no promised refills and on and on. And this was all pre-pandemic. But we were short on time, had the grandkids and hoped for a quick meal before our show at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts started. We went to the back side of the restaurant by the bar area and found the door was locked!! But there was a customer inside talking to a server. She opened the door after confirming they were open. Then, we walked to the front to be shown a table. And we waited. And waited. Finally, another server took us to a table. This is the price every restaurant pays because of the lack of help. And as customers, we need to show some patience. Our actual server, Erin, was fabulous. Johnny on the spot with drinks. Took our orders and served them up very quickly. Both boys had kids cheeseburgers. One with chips the other with broccoli. First time I've ever seen them scarf an entire cheeseburger. My wife had a turkey burger with broccoli. Loved the "burger" but the broccoli was undercooked. Is "Al dente" broccoli a thing? But I hit the jackpot. I ordered a wedgie burger, thinking it was a burger with bacon & blue cheese. Uh uh. No bun. It was a fabulous burger with crisp bacon, cheese, & tomato served wrapped in huge iceberg lettuce leafs. It was like eating sushi. Soft inside, crispy outside and flavor explosions. No doubt, when I return, this will be my go to burger. And my wife will get her turkey burger dressed the same way. Red Robin. I'm glad I found this nest. You got it right! I just wish the kids had been as happy with the show at the Performing Arts Center as they were with their dinner.

We got red Robin through Uber eats tonight. We love their burgers and especially their garlic Parmesan fries! We were very impressed with the takeout containers because they were very sturdy and microwave safe. The burgers were wrapped to keep them warm and it worked. I got the whiskey barbecue burger and my husband got the bonsai burger. We both got garlic Parmesan fries. The kids each got the kids cheeseburger and fries and chocolate milk. We enjoyed it as much as we would've enjoyed it in the restaurant ans that was one of our favorite restaurants to go as a family.

We stopped here for lunch when traveling through the area. I love a good Red Robin burger. We both ordered the same thing - a Mad Love burger with broccoli (no fries). The burger was cooked as asked and delicious. Like all the other great RR burgers I've had. The broccoli however was way, way over cooked. Cooked to mush and yucky. I threw it away. Maybe next time I'll have fries if/when I stop here.
